Victoria J. Pacey-Minneman

Associate

Victoria is an associate attorney at Jayaram Law who practices in the areas of intellectual property prosecution and litigation. She has experience with helping clients select new trademarks, protect, and defend their brands She has implemented strategies including Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings, cease and desist letters, and Internet takedowns. Victoria is passionate about making sure clients are successful in their business endeavors.

Victoria is a member of the Virginia and Illinois Bar. Prior to joining Jayaram, Victoria gained a wide range of experience at Quarles & Brady LLP as an attorney in the firm’s Intellectual property litigation department. Victoria also has pro bono experience appealing for military veterans in the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Victoria earned her BA degree from the University of South Florida and her J.D. from the University of Florida, where she earned a certificate in Intellectual Property.
In her spare time, Victoria loves to explore the great outdoors with her family, ride her horses, and watch her daughter compete at horse shows.
