Veda joined Jayaram as Product & Strategy Manager to help spearhead the development and launch of Jayaram’s first two tech products—Take Care and Thanks Mom. With 4+ years of product management experience driving AI-powered SaaS solutions from conception to launch, she brings proven expertise in user-centric product development and strategic roadmap execution.
Armed with a Master’s in Engineering Management from Duke University and deep technical expertise in AI/ ML implementation, Veda excels at translating complex legal challenges into innovative product solutions. As a core founding member at NexStratus, she led digital twin technology development and AI-powered analytics. She previously honed her product skills at Kahana and Kelly Benefits, where she drove measurable improvements in user adoption, API integration, and data-driven decision making.
Her unique combination of technical expertise, startupexperience, and advanced product strategy enables her to bridge technical innovation with strategic business value. Veda’s expertise in agile methodologies, API product management, and LLM implementation positions her to drive solutions that redefine how legal professionals leverage AI technology.
Stacy Chronopoulos, Trademark Attorney
Stacy joins Jayaram with an incredible depth of trademark experience from her varied career, including her role as chief trademark counsel and interim general counsel for Wrigley, where she managed Mars matters and oversaw the company’s iconic trademark portfolio. Most recently, Stacy held the position of global head of brand for AON, where she spearheaded several major technology initiatives in the trademark and IP spaces.
Stacy’s unique combination of in-house counsel experience and brand management expertise have made her an invaluable addition to our intellectual property practice. And her enthusiasm for creating and using tech to solve major IP and legal issues is a seamless fit as we advise clients on emerging technologies–and develop our own TM-focused tech products.

Shiva brings 15 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in litigation within various legal fields as a Paralegal and Case Manager. She values strong relationship and team building and appreciates the nuance that exists between the attorney-paralegal connection and its importance.
Shiva has exceptional organizational skills, turning complex legal processes into streamlined systems that ensure efficiency and clarity. She moved to Vermont after nearly 20 years in New York City to live her dream of being closer to nature, where she enjoys swimming, photographing the beauty around her, playing piano, and exploring new music with her partner’s band.
