Adam is a corporate associate at Jayaram Law. He advises emerging companies on milestones from formation to funding and on the day-to-day corporate governance matters in between so that founders can focus on big ideas and growing their businesses. He regularly represents venture capital investors in financing transactions as well.

Adam is a member of the New York Bar, the American Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association. Most recently, he worked as an Associate at Cooley LLP in its General Corporate practice.

Adam received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he worked in the Business Transactions Clinic and served on the board of the Social Entrepreneurship and Startup Law Group. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Brandeis University.

Adam lives in New York City and enjoys traveling, writing, soaking up culture, and rooting for the Yankees.
